Office Hours

Our office hours are from 9:30AM to 6PM daily. 

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in is at 3PM and check-out is at 11AM.

Our reception office is located at Azalea Garden Inn (793 Main Street, Blowing Rock). Hours are 9:30AM to 6PM daily. We appreciate your flexibility as we work to improve and enhance the guest experience for all of our guests.

If you will be arriving later than 6PM, please call the hotel prior to your arrival to arrange after-hours check-in. Guests checking in after-hours should plan to arrive at Meadowbrook Inn (711 Main Street, Blowing Rock). If you would like to check in earlier, please give us a call and we will try to accommodate your request.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be cancelled by 3PM, two (2) days prior to arrival. For any cancellations within two (2) days of arrival, guest’s credit card will be charged a cancellation fee totaling one night room+tax for the reservation.

Should you need to cancel your reservation, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible. Because we are a small property, cancellations affect us greatly. Please see our cancellation policy below. All cancellations must be confirmed with an email.

No Pets Policy

Although we are pet lovers too, we must keep our rooms and cabins pet-free.  A minimum charge of $300 will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file if pets are found to have been in a room or cabin.

No Smoking

North Carolina is a smoke-free state. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the Inn and Cabins. Violation of this policy is subject to a $250 cleaning fee. Smoking is allowed outside, however, we ask that you use the dispensers provided and not throw butts on the grounds or in the parking lot.

Payment Types Accepted

We accept payment by credit card only. We do not accept cash or checks.
